Chuck LaRock Sr.

 
 
 

Chuck LaRock Sr. is a founding member and principal of LaRock Capital Partners. Formerly, he was part of a church leadership team for over 25 years during which time his primary responsibilities included leadership development and management of the organization’s 31 acre campus in the Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C. He attended Binghamton University in NY where he majored in Marketing Science. Upon embarking on a full-time career in residential real estate in 2008, he obtained a class A Virginia contractor’s license which both added value to his real estate clients, and facilitated numerous successful investment flips.

His responsibilities include underwriting analysis for new acquisitions, asset management, and investor communications. An avid runner, Chuck Sr. also enjoys boating with wife Victoria, time with the grandchildren and 3 sons, the Adirondack mountains, travel and real estate.


Chuck LaRock II

 
 
 

Chuck LaRock II is a founding member and principal of LaRock Capital Partners. He has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, and plays a leading role in operations, market research, and acquisitions. Additionally, he is currently a Managing Director for the Brokerage division of Jones Lang LaSalle, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate brokerages, in Tyson’s Corner, VA, where he specializes in advising many of the region’s leading corporations on their real estate matters. Areas of expertise include site selection, leasing structure, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

Chuck received his Bachelor of Science in Business degree from George Mason University in Fairfax Virginia, where he majored in Finance. He was honored as the recipient of the GMU Business School Young Alumni of the year in 2012, recognized as a Prominent Patriot in 2017, and has served on the Business School Alumni Board. In 2020 he was recognized in the Washington Business Journal 40 under 40. Chuck and his 2 children love their Disney and beach vacations, along with staying fit. Chuck is an avid golfer and a passionate fan of the Dallas Cowboys.


Joe Judge

 
 
 

Joe Judge is a principal of LaRock Capital Partners. He has 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and plays a leading role in the strategy and operations. Additionally, he is currently the Executive Managing Director and Broker Lead of the Tenant Advisory Practice in Washington, D.C. for Jones Lang LaSalle.  Joe has transacted over $7B in real estate advisory assignments and has been an active investor within the multifamily, office, hotel, and retail sector for over 10 years.  

Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in finance and real estate from the Carl H. Linder College of Business at the University of Cincinnati and proudly serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of Cincinnati Foundation. He is very passionate and active in many civic and charitable organizations and serves on the board of Strathmore Music Hall and is the Vice Chairman of the board at A Wider Circle, where their mission is simple, “to end poverty”.  Joe and his wife Bridget are the proud parents of Christian and Marella.


Joe Sandor

Joe Sandor is an analyst for LaRock Capital Partners where his responsibilities include underwriting acquisitions and financial management. Joe brings a decade of diverse experience in land development, civil engineering and zoning consulting in the public and private sectors along the east coast.  His projects have included everything from single family homes to multi-phased and mixed-use projects delivering 1,000+ units.  Joe currently holds Professional Engineer licenses in the District of Columbia and three states.  He is published in BUILD Maryland magazine on the topic of utility investigation in due diligence.

Joe received his Master of Professional Studies degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University, where he was a teacher’s assistant in Real Estate Finance, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.  He serves on the board of The Achievement Fund and has served as a Resident Member for ANC6B in the District of Columbia.  Joe is an avid cyclist and enjoys exploring new places on two wheels.
